Since our opening, we have been devoted to transforming people's lives through martial arts, education, and coaching. Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all students and family members in Woodbury to achieve their personal goals. We believe martial arts is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience level. Our programs teach practical self-defense skills and are designed to help every member achieve greatness and live their best life.

Mr. Kahn started his martial arts journey in 2008 at the age of 11 with his family. After several years of training they earned the rank of first degree black belt in October of 2011. At the age of 15, Mr. Kahn started assisting in the classroom helping others learn the art that he loves. Mr. Kahn is also an avid competitor focusing his sport training on forms and weapons performances. In 2013, Mr. Kahn earned his first state grand champion title in weapons and in 2018-2019, Mr. Kahn placed in the top 10 competitors in North America. As an instructor Mr. Kahn's goal is to help others achieve their Martial arts goals. He enjoys teaching self-defense and sport karate.
